Resources : We own mines and ultramodern mining equipment that we use to mine raw material from our local mines and transport to our production sites.


Production Unit

The mined raw material (earth colour ochre and clay) are brought to our fully equipped production unit. It is endowed with ultramodern technologies and fully automatic sophisticated machinery that can produce upto 30000 metric tons annually. Furthermore, our unit has the following :
Sorting Plant : Raw Materials (earth colour ochre and clay) are sorted based on their physical and chemical properties like color, shade, lump size, silica or iron content.
Processing Plant : Sorted Raw Materials are subjected to shade setting, clay washing, silica separating, calcination (in rotary kiln), etc.
Grinding Mills : The processed minerals are grinded into fine powder of various Mesh size.

Packaging Machine : The final product is then packed in very good quality PP bags through a  micro-controlled automatic filling Packing Machine.

Packaging
Our Minerals are securely packed in new printed LDPE bags, to protect against chemical and physical damage. The products are contained in chemical-grade packages of 20 or 25 Kgs generally. Our packaging helps maintain products environment. All our products are securely packaged to endure warehousing, shifting, loading, transportation etc.
